Business Review
The GNRA social economy team uses a customised diagnostic tool (the GNRA Business Review for Social Economy Organisations) to ensure that organisations receive support tailored to their development needs. The review process establishes a baseline for the social economy organisation to measure progress in achieving its aims and enables the social economy team to get a clearer picture of how best to support the organisation.
The GNRA Social Economy Business Review is based on a set of core questions which assess an organisation’s position, on a scale of 1-5, across five broad “business skill” areas:
- Managing People
- Managing Finance
- Managing Service Delivery
- Managing Communications
- Managing the Organisation as a whole
Organisations that complete a GNRA Social Economy Business Review will be provided with a baseline report that highlights key areas for development and can access follow up reviews on an annual basis.
