Business Planning
Business planning support is aimed at assisting organisations to produce high quality, robust business plans, tailored to the needs of the organisation. Assistance can be geared to producing a basic business plan for smaller organisations or it can be delivered as part of a package aimed at supporting major projects and developments within the organisation. The following business planning products are available:
- Access to business planning guides/templates.
- Advice/support in reviewing your business and financial situation.
- Business planning workshops – organised with the involvement of Directors, Staff and Volunteers.
- Support in putting together your business plan.
- Specialist support in preparing financial and budget information.
- Support in developing particular elements of your business plan (such as a marketing plan).
Organisations that require support in developing a funding strategy or applying for funding as part of the business planning process can also access GNRA’s Funding Research and Support Services and our customised Funding and Project Management Workshops. Organisations may also find it of benefit to undertake a GNRA Social Economy Business Review with GNRA as part of the service package.
