Job Description

Could you give your time and energy to helping children and young people in need by volunteering with ChildLine?

ChildLine is the UK’s free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people who need to talk about a wide range of problems, including bullying, abuse, family tensions, concern for others and pregnancy. Nationally, every day around 4,500 children call ChildLine, but a lack of volunteers means that only about 60% of them can currently get through to our counsellors.

Volunteering opportunities available: Telephone and online counsellors, Swithboarders, Administration, Training and outreach, Fundraising
