Designed to assist long term unemployed individuals including women returners to access full time employment through recognised placements and training whilst receiving a wage.

Placements include Ground workers, Administration Assistants, Catering Assistants and Care Workers.

While on placement our trainees are paid by Glasgow North Regeneration Agency whilst working a 35 hour week. We can provide travel expenses and support any relevant training such as health and safety, first aid, food hygiene, driving, SVQs, amongst other available and required training courses.

The trainee could be placed for a period of up to 16 weeks, during this period of time the trainee is supported by the Employer Led Training Adviser and an Employability Adviser.
