Glasgow North Regeneration Agency offers a free recruitment service for employers and local people. The aim of this service is to ensure that companies can easily advertise their vacancies and access good quality candidates. The recruitment service advertises vacancies in our own 14 offices across north Glasgow as well as a variety of other locations including local housing & partners’ offices, and of course online.

Our recruitment team works closely with our employment advisers to match opportunities to our clients with the required skills and expertise for the posts available.

Ongoing Support

GNRA works towards sustained employment by delivering an in work support package aimed at both local people and employers. This service provides support before, during and after the recruitment process to help ensure a smooth transition into the workplace. We can help the employee to combat common issues such as childcare, travel or housing, as well supporting the company to deal with any employee issues.

We recognise that there are financial constraints and considerations surrounding the recruitment process and we can also offer options to help with wages (please select links to the left for further information). We can provide travel expenses and support any relevant training such as health & safety, first aid, food hygiene, driving, SVQs and many others.
