The service is integrated into the existing local business Start-Up Team therefore having a significant advantage in ensuring the efficient delivery of the service.

The objective of the programme is to establish long term relationships with businesses in the area, to identify their business needs and to encourage their sustainability which may be through expansion, re-investment and growth. This is supported by providing help, advice and access to funding as appropriate.

The programme runs in the early years of start-up which enables the business to forge strong business techniques. Relationship building with businesses brings opportunities to access a wide spectrum of support that can consist of management & staff training courses or bespoke workshops including finance, marketing, recruitment and business operations skills development.
