Information:
This course will improve your understanding of business accounts
and financial management and enable you to make better-informed
decisions.
Course
content includes
- Understand
all of the accounting jargon connected with annual or periodic
accounts (guaranteed!)
- Quickly
decide how well a business is performing and identify potential
troublespots
- Read
and understand budget statements and reports
- Manage
the cash flow cycle better
- Highlight
good and bad points from financial statements using ratios to
help negotiations with funders etc.
- Look
at the alternative forms of business (Sole Trader, Ltd com etc.)
and decide what advantages Limited Company status may have for
you.
