Information:
All businesses need to manage strategies. Some because they
are developing from a position of strength and others because
they need to overcome significant problems. The “Strategic
Thinking” course teaches you the tools and techniques
that you need to analyse your business and goes on to help
you to produce a strategic action plan to grow your business.
Aim:
The overall aim is to deliver effective ‘Strategic
Thinking’ skills to a group of senior SME personnel
from the North Glasgow business community and help build
a group of ‘Learning Organisations’ that are
capable of ensuring their own continued growth and profitable
development in an increasingly dynamic and competitive market
place.
