The purpose of this two-day program is to introduce delegates
to the concept of "thinking outside the box" in selecting
the right people. The program will cover the practical aspects
of strategic planning & preparing to fill a vacancy, including
conducting the interview using tailor made competency based questions
& mini assessments. Delegates will also understand the legislation
applicable to the selection process.
