Developing a robust project plan and project scope
Setting specific objectives and measurable targets
Develop skills and knowledge essential to successful projects

Identify and use key tools such as critical path analysis
Recruiting your project team
Motivating and getting commitment from the project team
Dealing with change
Reviewing and monitoring the project plan
Evaluating the close of the project
