Mentoring is the process used for both personal and professional
development. One person assists another person to grow, develop
and learn in a safe environment. It gives people the opportunity
to acquire new skills, take up new challenges and develop their
knowledge base

to become an effective mentor and will give the person being mentored
a clearer understanding of the positive outcome that this process
