What Type Of Support Is Available?

An initial Business Foundations Workshop on all aspects of starting your own business including GNRA's specially designed Business Start Up programme.
The introductory workshop has information on:

• How to raise finance for your business
• Drafting your business plan
• Where to find your premises
• Dealing with tax, PAYE, Business Insurance & National Insurance
• access to funding
• market research
• marketing
• financial analysis
• property advice

Following this awareness session, you can make an appointment with a Business Advisor who will work with you to get your business up and running.

These individual counselling sessions will provide the platform to air any problems, talk through options, and discuss any opportunities.

Your Advisor will help with the preparation of the Business Plan and offer help with areas such as assessing grants and other funding and finding suitable premises.

Glasgow North Regeneration Agency has strong links with Scottish Enterprise Glasgow, Glasgow City Council, The
Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust and many other agencies. Any funding required from these sources can be accessed through Glasgow North Regeneration Agency.
