What Is Involved In A Modern Apprenticeship?

Its carried out in your place of work by a qualified Assessor who shall visit you at work once every 2-4 weeks to identify any training requirements you may have and to provide any training you need to improve your skills in the workplace.

On average candidates can take around 18 months to complete their Programme, however, it can either be shorter or longer. It's up to you depending on how much time and effort you put into it. The Assessor can also provide guidance and career development throughout the programme if and when required.

What Do You Get Out Of It ?

The Government funded Modern Apprenticeship provide young employed people with nationally recognised qualifications (Scottish Vocational Qualifications - SVQ's) in areas such as Business Administration, Customer Service and Information Technology.
